An RV bakes in the sun on the highway, collects road film and bug splatter, then sits in a storage lot for months. By spring, the gel coat looks chalky, the trim is faded, and the interior smells like it has been closed up since fall. Gel coat and fiberglass are not car paint, and they need different care. When the surface goes dull and chalky, that is oxidation, and we remove it with the right cut and polish instead of grinding through a finish that does not grow back. Once the gel coat is corrected, we lock it down with a protective sealant so it holds its shine and shrugs off water spotting and UV through the next season. Chrome, stainless, and aluminum get their own dedicated care, because the rails, ladders, and trim are the first things people notice and the first to dull.

    We look over the hull or RV body, check how much oxidation has set in, and inspect the interior. Then we quote the job for your unit before we start.

    Wash and decontaminate

    Full exterior wash to strip road film, lake scum, bug splatter, and built-up grime off the body, deck, and trim so we are polishing a clean surface, not pushing dirt around.

    Polish and remove oxidation

    We cut and polish the gel coat and fiberglass to clear oxidation and restore depth, and give chrome, stainless steel, and aluminum their own dedicated attention.

    Detail the interior

    Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery, condition vinyl, leather, and trim, and clean all the windows and glass so the cabin feels fresh, not closed up.

    Seal and protect

    We finish with wax and protective sealants that lock in the shine and help the surface hold up through the season and into winter storage.
